There were many field trips taken over the years; but, probably the most enjoyable were those that kept us out of school for the entire day. Lasting friendships saw their beginnings during those trips. Many classmates can probably recall one or two field trips right down to the smallest detail but can't remember why the class went on the trip in the first place.
