From Kay Krozely Gariglio: It was a good turnout at the 2004 Mini-Reunion. I estimate about 35 to 40 class mates dropped by, chatted, ate and caught up on news. Unlike last year, when the temp was in the high 80's and near 100% humidity, it was almost like a Fall evening. Most everyone wore long pants and made sure they had a jacket close by.
We got caught in a few short rain showers but we didn't melt and all were rewarded with the most beautiful, brilliant rainbow I have ever seen. It lasted so long and at times, it was a double rainbow. I guess the class of 1960 makes the sky shine.
I was so pleased to see Becky Livengood Dunbar with her Grandson. He attended last year, too. You see, we entertain young and old.
Carol Starr Gallaher and Dave Gallaher were at the festival working hard at the Methodist Church Food Booth. They couldn't make an appearance at the Elks but they saw lots of classmates.
This is the first Mini-Reunion for Carolyn Beatty Carlson...........and hopefully, not the last.
There was a luncheon get together for the girls at the home of Marie Stone Mores. Lots of good food and catchin' up. Those pictures follow the mini-reunion photos.
Special thanks to Kay. She provided all the photos and identifications for the mini-reunion and girls' luncheon.
